Job Description

1. Talent Acquisition:
- Deliver full life-cycle recruiting: to source, screen, conduct initial interview and prepare candidates for interviews; offer job to selected candidate(s) and complete the onboard process.
- Evaluate applications, review resumes, conduct reference checks and complete initial phone interviews to establish a narrow candidate pool and make recommendations to hiring managers on the top candidates for in-person interviews.
- Develop sourcing pools and establish interviewing criteria. Proactively create applicant pools and talent pipelines by posting job ads through job boards, social media and employee referral programs...
- Manage to help new hire to be familiar with new environment, culture.
- Follow up with hiring manager to evaluate compliance & performance of new hires in the first 2 months.
- Participate actively in job fairs and close collaborate with major universities.
- Manage the reports and metrics of recruitment activities
- Report on trends and prospects for the recruitment market.
2. Training & Development:
- Perform the necessary survey to identify the training needs among employees, and propose suitable training plan.
- Manage the records of training activity, training result, and training expense, etc.
- Manage the Technical Qualifications and Certification.
- Prepared training report as needed.
- Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.

 

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
  • Good interpersonal skills; communication (both verbal and written in vietnamese and English) and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Familiarity with technologies (such as Canva, Capcut...)
  • A minimum of 2 - 3 years working experience in similar position, working in education is a plus
